2-Courses, $40 per Guest

Includes one Entree plus your choice of one Appetizer or one Dessert

Appetizers

  • Salmon Crispy Rice with sriracha aioli, togarashi, soy glaze
  • Classic Caesar with baby romaine, parmesan croutons
  • Heirloom Beets with whipped goat cheese, winter citrus, pistachio gremolata
  • Burrata with heirloom tomatoes, arugula, radicchio, aged balsamic

Entrees

  • Prime Steak Sandwich with gouda cheese, crispy shallots, lemon-dressed arugula, herb aioli
  • Wagyu Beef Burger with 8 oz wagyu blend, hook's cheddar, caramelized onions, au poivre
  • Fried Chicken Sandwich with bibb lettuce, tomato, black truffle aioli
  • Chopped Salad with your choice of Salmon, Shrimp or Chicken and egg, avocado, tomato, cucumber, crispy shallot, bacon, blue cheese, buttermilk-herb dressing
  • Steak Frites +$10 skirt steak, french fries, chimichurri
  • Petite Filet +$15  6 ounces

Dessert

  • 16 Layer Chocolate Cake with milk chocolate crémeux, dark chocolate ganache
  • Vanilla Cheesecake with raspberry coulis, toasted pistachio
  • Key Lime Pie with toasted meringue, graham crust, lime zest
  • Ice Cream Sundae with salted caramel popcorn, chantilly whipped cream, hazelnut wafer, chocolate sauce
